Machine Details
It is applicable to perfume product filling enterprises. The products are packaged in plastic bottles and glass bottles. This equipment can fill perfume, aromatherapy or volatile liquid into bottles, and then carry out capping and pressing operations on the bottles to produce finished products. This equipment is divided into several operations, including cup holder feeding, gas washing, quantitative filling, equal liquid level suction, automatic pump head installation, pre rolling, automatic cap rolling, intermediate sleeve pressing, and bottle discharge.
Process and Features
Equipment Function Description:
Bottle entry method:
Place the bottle to be filled into the adjustable cup holder and enter the host through the conveyor belt.
Gas washing function:
Use a negative ion vacuum generator to blow and suck foreign matter adhering to the bottle.
Bottle detection:
The photoelectric sensor detects whether there are empty bottles on the main turntable, and sends the detection signal to the control computer to control the filling with bottles and not filling without bottles.
Filling function:
Three sets of precision ceramic pumps are used for filling, each set of ceramic pumps is equipped with independent servo quantitative filling. The filling nozzle rises into the bottle mouth for filling, and after filling is completed, there is an equal liquid level suction device to maintain consistent product liquid level.
Installation of pump head:
Automatic spray head is used to detect the presence of bottles and automatically cover the bottle, which is more efficient and stable.
Cap rolling:
After the swing arm covers and pre rolls the pump head, the cap rolling is carried out for greater stability.
Pressing the middle sleeve:
The middle sleeve arranged by the vibrating plate is pressed into the bottle mouth by the cylinder, and then the pressing action is performed again.
Bottle extraction:
After the compression sleeve is completed, it is transported out of the bottle position by a circulating conveyor belt and manually removed before entering the next process.
