Machine Details
It is applicable to industries such as cosmetics, light industry (daily chemical industry), pharmaceuticals, and food. For enterprises whose products use plastic bottles or glass bottles as packaging containers, this equipment can fill materials like face creams, ointments, emulsions, gels or viscous fluids into bottles, and then perform capping and screwing operations on the bottles to produce finished products.
This equipment consists of several operations including bottle feeding by a turntable, automatic lifting and filling, automatic pre-rotating and capping, servo capping, and bottle discharging.
Process and Features
Bottle Feeding Method:
Workers manually place the bottles to be filled onto the bottle feeding turntable. With the gravity and rotation of the turntable, the bottles enter the conveyor belt.
Bottle Detection:
Photoelectric sensors detect whether there are empty bottles on the main working turntable and send the detection signals to the control computer to control filling when there are bottles and prevent filling when there are no bottles.
Filling Function:
If bottles are detected in front, filling will be carried out. If there are no bottles, no filling will be done. The PLC controls the filling nozzles to rise into the bottles for filling.
Capping Device:
Lids are automatically sorted by a vibrating plate or a lifter. When bottles are detected, lids are picked up by vacuum and pre-rotated and capped, which is highly efficient and more stable.
Servo Capping:
When the outer caps are detected, the servo motor controls the torque and rotational speed to ensure that the caps are screwed tightly and the tightness is consistent.
Bottle Discharging:
Finally, the bottles with caps screwed on are discharged from the conveyor belt and can enter the next process.
